Happy New Year – Review – New shipment

With Xmas comes the opportunity to review what we have been doing and the first area of review
has been the reward we have got for the often arduous work involved of finding and handling the
furniture before shipping to and restoring in Perth.
We have come to the conclusion there is insufficient reward so we have decided to quit
most of our furniture and have an orderly disposal of our existing restored and unrestored furniture.
So if you fancy any of what we have on the floor or that which awaits restoration come and talk to us.

Ps we won’t be going out of furniture entirely but with the criteria we are now using its unlikely we
will ever be able to buy more than a few pieces each shipment and it will certainly more more expensive.

For example in our next container which is currently being fumigated there are only 6 pieces of furniture.

We hope to get it out of the clutches of AQIS sometime in the next two weeks after we unpack
and have it inspected in an AQIS approved premises at no small cost to us.
You would think we were Columbian drug dealers the attention we are receiving.

But for all the frustrations we bought some fabulous quality stock

By the way the last note on my previous post said everything was OK in Japan after ANZ
delivered there ANZ Cash card to us after 8 days of no money.

Well not so, it lasted two days and then ceased to function.

In a month of Sundays you would not rely on this lot.
